Cifer is a one-man-band project conceived by Henrique Perestrelo who was also member of bands such as: Blasthrash, Flagelador, Infected, Cemitério and Heritage. The Cifer influences came from bands of the 80's and 90's, such as Accept, Exodus, Possessed, Kreator, Sodom, Mercyful Fate, Judas Priest, Pestilence, Dissection.
